ab17919 staining SMURF 2 in Xenopus Laevis cultured retinal ganglion cell growth cone tissue by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunoflourescence. Cells were PFA-fixed and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100 prior to blocking in 5% serum for 1 hour at 21°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/250 in PBS and incubated with the sample for 16 hours at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit polyclonal, diluted 1/1000.
