Anti-SOCS4 antibody (ab170436) at 1/100 dilution + A2058 cell lysate at 35 µg
Immunofluorescent analysis of A2058 cells labeling SOCS4 with ab170436 at a 1/10 dilution. Primary incubation was followed by secondary antibody labeling with Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). Actin filaments have been labeled with Alexa Fluor 555 phalloidin (red). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded Human stomach tissue labeling SOCS4 with ab170436 at 1/10 dilution followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
