ab50317 staining Sprouty 2 in Mouse 8-cell stage pre-implantation embryo by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 in 1x PBS and blocked with 3% BSA for 4 hours 30 minutes at 4°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/300 in 1 x PBS + 3% BSA + 0.15% Tween-20) for 16 hours at 4°C. ab50317 staining Sprouty 2 in Mouse bladder tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 5% BSA for 30 hours at 20°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer.
