ab4166 staining TDP1 in MCF-7 cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.Briefly, cells were incubated in medium containing 100 nM Mitotracker Red 580 (red) at 37 °C for 30 minutes and fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Primary antibody against TDP1 was detected with anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibodies labeled with Alexa 488 (green). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). TDP1 localizes to the mitochondria. Immunofluorescence images showing colocalization of TDP1 (green) and mitochondria (red). (Upper) Cellular distribution of TDP1 at lower magnification.
