ab82449 staining Tenascin in Human mini-tumor spheroids by Immunohistochemistry (PFA perfusion fixed frozen sections). Spheroids were incubated with collagen type I solution for 40 hours (left) or 7 days (right). Spheroids were fixed with paraformaldehyde and incubated with primary antibody (in 1% BSA in PBS) overnight at room temperature. A fluorescent-conjugated donkey anti-mouse was used as the secondary antibody.
