TLK2 antibody (ab56816) used in immunohistochemistry at 5ug/ml on formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human colon tissue.
ab56816 staining TLK2 in U2OS human osteosarcoma cell line by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.Cells were fixed in formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.5% Triton/PBS for 5 minutes, blocked with 10% serum for 1 hour at room temperature and then incubated with ab56816 at a 1/100 dilution for 1 hour. The secondary used was an Alexa-Fluor 488 conjugated goat anti-mouse polyclonal used at a 1/500 dilution.See Abreview
