Immunohistochemical analysis of normal (upper) and tumour (lower) Human breast tissue, staining Tollip with ab16089. Antigen retrieval was performed via pressure cooking in a Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9). Sections were blocked in BSA for 30 minutes before incubation with primary antibody (1/50) overnight at 4°C. Staining was detected using DAB.
