Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed HepG2 cells labeling TXNRD2 with ab181864 at a 1/100 dilution. A secondary antibody goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor®488) was used at a 1/200. Blue DAPI counterstaining.
