ab20435, staining Von Willebrand Factor (green) in hMSC-TERT, hADMSC, hADSSC and hNFSSC cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 10 min. After washing with PBS, cells were blocked with 3% BSA for 30 min and incubated with primary antibody at 10 µl/ml, at 4°C overnight. A FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse polyclonal IgG (1/4000) was used as the secondary antibody.
