ab63149 staining VRL1 (green) in Human monocyte-derived dendritic cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with acetone. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200). A FITC-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody (1/200). Nuclei were counterstained by DAPI (blue).
