Immunohistochemical analysis of prostate cancer tissue, staining Wilms Tumor Protein with ab96792. Antigen retrieval was performed by heat mediation in a citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody before a biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. Staining was detected using DAB.
