ab50391 staining rat neuronal progenitor cells by ICC/IF. Cells were PFA fixed and permeabilized in 0.2% Triton X100 for 5 minutes prior to blocking in 10% serum at RT for 1 hour. The primary antibody was incubated with the sample for 1 hour at 4 µg/ml. An Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody diluted 1/1000 was used as the secondary.See Abreview
