Western blot analysis of extracts from F9 cells, transfected with 100 nM SignalSilence® Control siRNA (Unconjugated) #6568 (-), SignalSilence® DNMT3L siRNA I (Mouse Specific) (+), or SignalSilence® DNMT3L siRNA II (Mouse Specific) #12308 (+), using DNMT3L Antibody (Mouse Specific) #12309 (upper) or β-Actin (D6A8) Rabbit mAb #8457 (lower). The DNMT3L Antibody (Mouse Specific) confirms silencing of DNMT3L expression, while the β-Actin (D6A8) Rabbit mAb is used as a loading control.
