Western blot analysis of Phospho-NMDA Receptor 2B pSer1166 in rat hippocampal lysate using a Phospho-NMDA Receptor 2B pSer1166 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35401). Results show a band at ~180kDa. Immunolabeling is blocked by preadsorption with the phospho-peptide used as antigen (lane 2), but not by the corresponding dephospho-peptide (not shown).
