Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with ARHGDIA Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot of ARHGDIA (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal ARHGDIA Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the ARHGDIA gene.
Western blot of ARHGDIA Antibody in A375(lane 1),HL-60(lane 2),Ramos(lane 3) cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). ARHGDIA (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
ARHGDIA Antibody flow cytometry of HL-60 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
