<b>Immunohistochemistry Analysis: </b><br />Representative lot data. <br />Paraffin-embedded tissues of the hippocampal region (Fig. 1) and adrenal gland’s medulla (Fig. 2) were prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval in citrate buffer, pH 6.0. Immunostaining was performed using a 1:200 dilution of Cat. No. 06-574, Anti-TrkA Reactivity was detected using the IHC-Select Detection Kit (Cat. No. DAB050). Immunoreactivity is expressed in human brain regions of higher cognitive processes and inside the adrenal medulla without nuclear involvement.
