Detection of Human PARC by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples. Whole cell lysate (40 ug for WB; 500 ug for IP) from untreated U2OS cells or U2OS derived cells that stably express a short hairpin RNA (shPARC) against PARC. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PARC antibody used at 0.4 ug/ml for WB and at 2 ug/mg lysate for IP. Normal rabbit IgG was used as a control for immunoprecipitation (IP Control) Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 5 minutes.
