Western Blot Analysis:<br />Representative lot data.<br /><br />10 µg of Anti-human Tks4 was used to immunoprecipitate from 500 µg of NIH3T3 whole cell lysate The antibody was collected with Protein A beads and eluted with sample buffer. 50 µg of NIH3T3 IP cell lysate was then resolved via SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF and probed with 3 µg/mL of the same Anti-Tks4 polyclonal antibody. Proteins were visualized using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP that does not recognize denatured IgG. Detection using a chemiluminescence system (Cat.
