Desmoglein-3 in Human Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Desmoglein-3 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human squamous cell carcinoma using Mouse Anti-Human Desmoglein-3 Monoclonal Antibody at 8 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membranes of keratinocytes.
