Detection of Human EXOSC3 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EXOSC3 antibody used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. EXOSC3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-EXOSC3 antibody BL14007. For blotting immunoprecipitated EXOSC3, was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
