Detection of Human FLVCR1 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FLVCR1 antibody used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. FLVCR1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-FLVCR1 antibody BL16474. For blotting immunoprecipitated FLVCR1, was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
