Western blot shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 ug/mL of LS-C37068 followed by HRP conjugated Anti Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for IL 23 R at approximately 58 kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non reducing conditions.
