Western blot analysis of extracts from SK-MEL-28, HUVEC, and COLO 205 cells using MCAM (P1H12) Mouse mAb (upper) and GAPDH (D16H11) XP ® Rabbit mAb #5174 (lower). As expected, COLO 205 cells are negative for MCAM protein.

Immunoprecipitation of MCAM from HeLa cells using Mouse (G3A1) mAb IgG1 Isotype Control #5415 (lane 2) or MCAM (P1H12) Mouse mAb (lane 3). Lane 1 is 10% input. Western blot analysis was performed using MCAM (P1H12) Mouse mAb.
