Detection of Human MPP1/P55 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using RIPA buffer from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MPP1/P55 antibody used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. MPP1/P55 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MPP1/P55 antibody BL16529. For blotting immunoprecipitated MPP1/P55, was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
