Western blot of human Pannexin-1 by PAb to Pannexin-1 (human) (AT124). Cell extracts of HEK 293T mock-transfected (lane 1) or transfected with an expression vector encoding for human Pannexin-1 (lane 2) were run on a SDS-PAGE gel and analyzed by Western blot. After transfer, the nitrocellulose membrane was probed with PAb to Pannexin-1 (human) (AT124) at 1:1000 for 1 hour at room temperature, and then incubated with an anti-rabbit horseradish peroxidase (1:4000).
