LEDGF in HeLa Human Cell Line. LEDGF was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Goat Anti-Human LEDGF Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 10 ug/ml for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using NorthernLights 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.
