PSMA1 antibody was raised against synthetic Peptide: CP(249)ADEPAEKADEPMEH(263). Immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 249-263 from the C-terminus of human proteasome 20S C2 subunit. This sequence is 93% conserved in the rat and chicken protein and 87% conserved in the mouse protein.
