Western blot shows lysates of Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, NC‑37 human Burkitt's lymphoma B lymphoblast cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human SOCS‑6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5808) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for SOCS‑6 at approximately 100 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions, using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
SOCS‑6 was detected in immersion fixed Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line using Mouse Anti-Human SOCS‑6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5808) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
