Western blot shows lysates of Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line and Ramos human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human TCL1A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4847) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). For additional reference, recombinant human TCL1A was included. A specific band for TCL1A was detected at approximately 14 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
TCL1A was detected in immersion fixed Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line using 10 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human TCL1A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4847) for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained with the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
