Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Mouse CCL12/MCP‑5 (10 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat Anti-Mouse CCL12/MCP‑5 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB428). The ND50 is typically 0.5‑2.5 µg/mL. Maximum neutralization observed was around 80%.
