Western blot shows lysates of HT‑29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, and NIH‑3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse PLC‑δ3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5315) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). Specific bands were detected for PLC‑δ3 at approximately 100‑110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
