Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, CEM human T‑lymphoblastoid cell line, and Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse RASSF2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5639) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for RASSF2 at approximately 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
RASSF2 was detected in immersion fixed U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line using Goat Anti-Human/Mouse RASSF2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5639) at 5 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
