Western blot shows lysates of NR8383 rat alveolar macrophage cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with 10 µg/mL LPS for 4 hours. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Rat CCL3/MIP‑1 alpha Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6625) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for CCL3/MIP‑1 alpha at approximately 8 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
