<B>Immunofluorescence</B><BR/>HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton<SUP>™</SUP> X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 1 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-PLAUR (<B>Cat. No. SAB4200358</B>). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Atto488 conjugate (<B>Cat. No. 18772</B>).
