<B>Immunofluorescence</B><BR/>HEK-293T cells overexpressing human PLAUR were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 10 μg/mL Mouse Anti-PLAUR (<B>Cat. No. SAB4200412</B>).The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
