<B>Immunofluorescence</B><BR/>PC3 cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% Paraformaldehyde and 0.5% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were stained with Mouse Anti-DYNC1LI1 Clone: DYNC1LI1-B61 (<B>Cat. No. SAB4100074</B>) diluted to 1:100. The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Atto 488 conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.

Immunofluorescence
