ab18147 staining alpha smooth muscle actin in mouse muscle tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 and blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in PBS) for 18 hours at 4°C. An undiluted Phycoerythrin-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human leiomyoma stained with ab18147 at 1ug/ml at RT for 30 minutes using peroxidase-conjugate and DAB chromogen. Note cytoplasmic staining of smooth muscle cells.
