ab10600 staining Angiogenin in murine dermis (including follicle) by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized using 0.1% Triton. Samples were then blocked with 10% serum for 1 hour at 19°C followed by incubation with the primary antibody at a 1/500 dilution for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®555 (red) conjugated donkey anti-mouse polyclonal was used as secondary antibody at a 1/200 dilution. Counterstain DAPI (blue).See Abreview
