Immunohistochemical analysis of porcine retina tissue, staining Anoctamin 3 with ab82781.Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with blocking reagent for 30 minutes at 20°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in diluent) for 24 hours at 4°C. A biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. See Abreview
