ab74454 staining ARHGAP17 in Dog MDCK cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunoflurescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilzed with 0.5% Triton X-100 and blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in PBS containing 0.2% BSA and 5% serum) for 1 hour. A Rhodamine-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.Left-hand panels: Ab74454Centre panels: anti-myc Right-hand panels: Merge MDCK cells transfected with (A) empty vector or (B) vector encolding Myc-tagged human ARHGAP17.
