ab42488 staining Asialoglycoprotein Receptor 1 (red) in rat hepatocyte cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 1% serum for 1 hour at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in PBS + 1% donkey serum) for 1 hour at 22°C.
