ab62557 staining Beclin 1 in Human MCR5 cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, pH 7.4 for 5 minutes and blocked with 5% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in PBS) for 1 hour at 21°C. A CF488A-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
