Immunofluorescence analysis of hESC-RPE monolayers, staining Bestrophin with ab14928. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 and blocked with 3% BSA for 1 hour. Cells were incubated with primary antibody (1/500) for 1 hour at room temperature. An AlexaFluor®568-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/800) was used as the secondary antibody.
