ab8399 staining BNIP3L (NIX) in Mouse MEF cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 1% Triton X100 and blocked with 10% Horse serum in 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500: in 10% Horse serum in 5% BSA ) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat polyclonal to rabbit IgG, dilution 1/500, was used as secondary antibody.See Abreview

ab14404 staining BNIP3L in the H9C2 cell line derived from Rat Cardio tissue by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 1% in PBS and blocked with 5% Serum for 60 minutes at 21°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 5% Horse serum) for 2 hours.
