ab65244 staining BRMS1 in Human breast cancer tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was blocked with 10% goat serum for 60 minutes; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000 in diluent) overnight at 4°C, incubated with HRP-conjugated secondary antibody, before being stained with DAB.
