Detection of Mouse TREML2/TLT-2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse spleen tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse TREML2/TLT-2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6354) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016 ). A band was detected for TREML2/TLT-2 at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8 .
Detection of TREML2/TLT-2 in M1 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
