Immunohistochemical analysis of Human clear-cell renal cell carcinoma, staining CD26 with ab61825. Antigen retrieval was carried out in citrate buffer (pH 6) in a microwave oven. The primary antibody (1/250) was applied for 1 hour at room temperature. Staining was detected using DAB.
