Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells, staining CDK11 / CDC2L2 with ab19393. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.5% NP-40 and blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 10% horse serum in PBS) for 1 hour at 20°C. An AlexaFluor®555-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
