Immunofluorescence analysis of HEK293 cells, staining CHERP with ab15951.Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 and blocked with 1% BSA. Cells were incubated with primary antibody at 4°C overnight. A fluorescent-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as a secondary antibody.
