ab105767 staining CHMP4B (red) in HeLa cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyden and after three washes in PBS, cells were permeabilized with PBS containing 0.5% Triton X-100 in blocking solution (PBS containing 5% goat pre-immune serum) for 30 minutes. ab105767 was diluted in blocking solution and then incubated for 1 hour. After washing in PBS, cells were incubated for 1 hour with the secondary antibody.
